AAFES Military PX Sells Deadly Tobacco Cigarettes; Bans Modified-Risk Electronic Cigarettes

The Army/Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) “operates more than 3,100 facilities worldwide, in more than 30 countries, five U.S. territories and 50 states.” The Base Exchange (BX) and Post Exchange (PX) facilities operated by AAFES sell merchandise at discounted prices, including numerous brands of tobacco cigarettes.
